Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Qenvo Trading & Facility Services, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery, please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time without any charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows

  • Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access to the premises (“no-show”) may be charged up to 50% of the service value.
  • This is to compensate for allocated staff, time, and operational costs.

3. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests made 24 hours in advance are free of charge.
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and may incur a fee.

4. Service Delays or Interruptions

  • If cleaning cannot be completed due to reasons beyond our control (restricted access, lack of utilities, unsafe conditions), the service may be stopped and charged proportionally.

5. Company-Initiated Changes

  • In rare cases where Qenvo needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be informed in advance and offered the next available slot at no extra cost.
